Our Lives Aren’t How We Want It To Be, Complaining No Longer Helps: Here Is What You Can Do

stop-complaining

Hey there! I see you choosing to read this article for a purpose. Thank you for considering it. Happy reading!

On a regular day, averagely all of us find ourselves whining and grumbling about various factors and conditions that fail to make us feel happy, isn’t it? Now that’s something none of us can disagree about, but do you think complaining can make everything and anything better? Is it possible to stop grousing about every single thing that provides dissatisfaction and unhappiness?

I would say, YES. In today’s article let us learn a formula to acquire proficiency to stop nit-picking at those that don’t make us feel content. Have you ever been curious about why you always end up cranky or displeased over things? Also, do you see yourself grudging over a person or thing that drags you into this mood? If so, do you know?

YOU CHOSE THAT MOOD (CONSCIOUSLY). Not to blame yourself for doing it. But you must understand that every individual in your life and the environment you live in – is teaching and conditioning you how to complain. Now that’s the irony of life.

But the mantra is very simple. Instead of focusing on your teething troubles rather you can try to understand your mind. By interpreting your mental capacity, the unwavering attention is a control panel of your mind that puts you into setbacks. Have you ever came across this quote, you either control your mind or it controls you? That’s true. By dismantling the above statement:

Imagine your mind is a huge dark building that has various rooms of happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, fear, joy etc. Your awareness becomes the power source of light in each room. Your concentration and willpower on one particular mood or feeling acts as a conscious agency that helps you to wander around different rooms of emotional state through the unwavering focus and consciousness.

Every day we absorb and channel our energy to flow on wrong people and unnecessary things. By choosing to enter a room of sadness or disappointment, it allows us to acquire negatively charged air. Sometimes we get provoked due to external negativity that surrounds us.

In today’s busy world, most people don’t make time to understand, organise and address their thoughts and emotions that are associated within themselves to gain an insight of the emotional balance.

As opposed, we get triggered on certain basic elements that lead us to a road of preferable thoughts subtle unwanted emotions. Do you agree?

If you do, then it’s time, we fix this. You don’t have to be spontaneous to pounce upon. But you need to make sure to strike at it as soon as possible.

“Self-discipline is about taking charge of your mind and directing it to act in the best interest of yourself.” By Guar Gopal Das.

Indeed it is true. By directing the flow of your energy on positivity and learning to perceive certain constituents in your life, it becomes a rope to understand yourself and the world descriptively.

You can try working on small things, if you see your friend crying over something, instead of complaining about how weak they are, you can go one step ahead to understand why they are feeling weak. Through this, you will find changes taking place in your thought process.

From a young age, most of us are conditioned in a certain environment that makes us insensible to understand and comprehend few ideologies of life. But as you grow up, you as an individual will be able to stretch towards newer visions and perceptions that would help you to grow.

You need to be wise enough to choose and work on certain things that can help you to upgrade yourself to a better version.
