On a regular day, averagely all of us find ourselves whining and grumbling about various factors and conditions that fail to make us feel happy, isn’t it? Now that’s something none of us can disagree about, but do you think complaining can make everything and anything better? Is it possible to stop grousing about every single thing that provides dissatisfaction and unhappiness?
I would say, YES. In today’s article let us learn a formula to acquire proficiency to stop nit-picking at those that don’t make us feel content. Imagine your mind is a huge dark building that has various rooms of happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, fear, joy etc. Your awareness becomes the power source of light in each room. Your concentration and willpower on one particular mood or feeling acts as a conscious agency that helps you to wander around different rooms of emotional state through the unwavering focus and consciousness.
Every day we absorb and channel our energy to flow on wrong people and unnecessary things. By choosing to enter a room of sadness or disappointment, it allows us to acquire negatively charged air. Sometimes we get provoked due to external negativity that surrounds us.
In today’s busy world, most people don’t make time to understand, organise and address their thoughts and emotions that are associated within themselves to gain an insight of the emotional balance.
As opposed, we get triggered on certain basic elements that lead us to a road of preferable thoughts subtle unwanted emotions. Do you agree?
If you do, then it’s time, we fix this. You don’t have to be spontaneous to pounce upon. But you need to make sure to strike at it as soon as possible.
